THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES ONLY.
CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO), 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER WITH INTERNET ACCESS AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2006 AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW.  DO NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

1. HOW TO ENTER: Sponsor is inviting dog lovers to submit a photo of their pooch enjoying Frosty Paws Frozen Treats for Dogs.  Each month three people will be chosen as winners and will receive a year’s supply (24 gift certificates) of Frosty Paws® Frozen Treats for Dogs

Beginning February 1, 2006  12:01 a.m. through February 28, 2009  11:59 p.m. entrants may upload their digital photos to www.FrostyPawsTreats.com.  Each entrant must upload a digital photo no larger in size than 100KB.  Photos no wider than 500 pixels are preferred for ease in viewing.  Entrants must also provide a valid email address along with their photo.

Limit one entry per dog (there can be multiple dogs in one photo).  Limit one winner per household.  Entrants’ photos must include both their dog(s) and Frosty Paws Frozen Treats product, and the dog(s) must be interacting with the product. 

Eligible entries will be posted on www.FrostyPawsTreats.com as they are received (space permitting).

    
2. JUDGING:   Judging will be completed by a panel of independent experts.  The Panel will review all entries by month and will select the top three (3) entries from EACH month.
Judging of the photo entries will be based on the following criteria: 
- Inclusion of both dog and product – 60%
- Photo quality and clarity of image – 20%
- Originality and creativity of design – 20%

All decisions of the judges shall be final and shall not be subject to any review.

3. WINNERS AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Three (3) Prize winners will be selected for each calendar month beginning February 2006 and will receive the Monthly Prize listed below and will be notified on or about the 15th of the following month by the email address provided with the entry.  The Monthly Prize consists of the following:

- One year (12 months) supply of FREE gift certificates (24 certificates in all.)
- Total Retail Value for each prize package is $84. Total prizes $1344. 

4. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are non-transferable.  No substitution or cash equivalent of the prizes will be granted except at Sponsor discretion.  All taxes not specified are the responsibility of the winners.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.  Limit one prize per household or email address.

5. GENERAL RULES: Open only to legal residents of the United States. Employees of Sponsor, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge and agree that your entry is your original work and understand that it becomes the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, with the right to edit, modify, publish, broadcast, publicize your name and likeness without further compensation to you whether or not judged a winner and you will provide written consent upon request.  However, the addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses of entrants will not be sold or otherwise provided to any third parties.  By participating in this contest, entrants expressly acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, and waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to Sponsor and its agencies to use the “Win Free Frosty Paws Frozen Treats for a Year" monthly winning photo, winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes.

6. OTHER CONDITIONS:  Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this contest, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the contest.  Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest by an technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of the entries in the contest.  Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this contest at any time and award the Prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or web-site or to be acting in violation of the Rules.

7. LIST OF WINNERS: Winning photos will be available online under their respective winning months.  For names of the winners, send a self-addressed-stamped envelope to “FROSTY PAWS FROZEN TREATS FOR DOGS PHOTO CONTEST WINNERS," 5929 College Avenue, Oakland, CA  94618.  Requests must be received by February 28, 2009.  There will be a total of fifty-four (54) prizes awarded in this contest.
